project homepage (since June 26, 2000)
netToe is a Tic
Tac Toe-like game for the Unix consoles
written in C using UNIX sockets. It is playable
by two players over the network, against computer
AI, or against another player on the same
machine.
netToe is released
under the GNU General Public License and it is open source
software.

with incomplete linking against libcurses.

in the user interaction.
February 25, 2010: netToe
version 1.3.0 has been released. Reworked network code
with ability to use IPv6. Input sanitation and error
trapping.
January 3, 2010: netToe
version 1.2.1 has been released. Fixes a mistake
in the autotools files.
December 30, 2009: netToe
version 1.2.0 has been released. Colouring is suitable
for virtual consoles and emulated terminals.
A new stronger AI-mode.
